This is a nice upgrade to your Remington receiver. Loose the flimsy, sticky trigger mounted factory bolt stop. Under bolt actuation the bolt stop rests against the back of the cut in the receiver so that the pivot pin doesn’t take the impact. This is a tough part.

If we are adding this to a blued/chrome molly receiver there will be bare steel exposed where we cut the receiver. Because of this we recommend refinishing the receiver which is an added $30 to parkerize or $50 to cerakote. This is not necessary on a stainless receiver.
